Nuestra institución hospitalaria se encuentra reclutando un(a) Safety Manager altamente motivado(a) para liderar las iniciativas de seguridad y salud ocupacional de la organización. La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar, implementar y supervisar estrategias de seguridad, garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables, gestionar riesgos operacionales y fomentar un ambiente seguro para todos los miembros de la comunidad hospitalaria. Requisitos:
Bachillerato en Seguridad Ocupacional, Salud Ambiental, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada de una institución acreditada. Experiencia previa en seguridad ocupacional, manejo de riesgos y cumplimiento regulatorio preferiblemente en un entorno hospitalario. Experiencia supervisando personal y liderando programas institucionales de seguridad y prevención de riesgos. Certificación de OSHA de 30 horas vigente. Experiencia en la realización de inspecciones de seguridad, auditorías internas e investigaciones de incidentes. Capacidad para desarrollar, implementar y monitorear estrategias dirigidas a reducir riesgos y promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro. Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita, análisis, organización y liderazgo. Dominio del idioma inglés y español (preferiblemente) Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office. EEO
