Actualmente, contamos con una oportunidad de empleo para un(a) Técnico de Gobierno del Dato que formará parte de nuestro equipo en la oficina central en Hato Rey.
Buscamos un(a) Técnico de Gobierno del Dato orientado(a) al análisis, la organización y la gestión de información para apoyar la implementación y fortalecimiento de las iniciativas de Gobierno del Dato dentro de la organización. Esta posición será responsable de colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología para garantizar la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de los datos, contribuyendo a una mejor toma de decisiones y al cumplimiento de los estándares de gestión de información de la empresaDeberes
- Apoyar la implementación y evolución de las iniciativas de Gobierno del Dato dentro de la organización.
- Colaborar en la definición, documentación y mantenimiento de políticas, estándares y procedimientos de gestión de datos.
- Participar en la recopilación, validación y análisis de información proveniente de diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Monitorear indicadores de calidad de datos y dar seguimiento a métricas de desempeño.
- Apoyar la identificación y documentación de reglas de negocio relacionadas con la gestión de información.
- Mantener actualizados inventarios de datos, catálogos, glosarios de negocio y diccionarios de datos.
- Coordinar actividades y requerimientos entre equipos de negocio, tecnología y responsables de la información.
- Dar seguimiento a planes de acción y actividades de remediación relacionadas con la calidad y gestión de datos.
- Apoyar procesos de auditoría, cumplimiento regulatorio y proyectos corporativos mediante la preparación de reportes y evidencias.
- Colaborar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas al aprovechamiento estratégico de los datos.
- Analizar inconsistencias y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de gestión de información.
- Generar reportes y documentación ejecutiva para dar visibilidad al estado de las iniciativas de datos.
- Apoyar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos y buenas prácticas de Gobierno del Dato establecidos por la organización.
Educación
- Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.
Experiencia
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en análisis de información, calidad de datos, documentación de procesos o áreas afines.
- Conocimiento en Gobierno del Dato, Calidad de Datos o Gestión de Información.
- Manejo de Excel, Microsoft 365, Teams y SharePoint.Habilidades analíticas, organización, comunicación efectiva y proactividad.
- Conocimiento básico en bases de datos y herramientas de visualización de información (deseable).
