We are seeking an Enrollment Representative to support health insurance enrollment, renewals, eligibility validation, and member record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
Process enrollment, renewals, demographic changes, and member eligibility transactions.
Review and correct system errors and membership discrepancies.
Maintain accurate member records and document transactions.
Ensure compliance with CMS, ASES, and organizational procedures.
