Operations Analyst

You would be helping prepare and review contracts, verify information and documents submitted by clients, perform data entry, communicate with our U.S.-based team, and assist with various operational tasks that help keep the business running smoothly. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working on a computer, and able to learn new processes quickly. You'll be working with documents, spreadsheets, internal systems, and occasionally helping with client follow-up and account maintenance. Previous experience in administration, office work, customer service, or finance is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. We are mainly looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
