Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Gather financial data throughout theBank to analyze and incorporate into various financial reports, such as financial statements and related disclosures. This includes reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC), such as the 10-K, 10-Q,11-K, andEarnings Releases.Additional tasks include drafting statutory financial statements forvarious subsidiariesandpreparing monthly variance reports. This involves having ongoingcommunication with various units throughout the bank, andcoordinationwith the internal team to ensure data completeness as well as efficiency in the process.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience

At least three years of related experience.
