En (AMC) *Action Management & Consulting LLC* buscamos un profesional *responsable, organizado, eficiente y dinámico*, con iniciativa y capacidad para manejar diferentes procesos contables y asumir nuevos retos.
Responsabilidades principales
* Manejo del ciclo completo de contabilidad.
* Bookkeeping para clientes con servicios de contabilidad externa.
* Preparación y registro de entradas de jornal.
* Reconciliaciones y cuadres bancarios.
* Manejo de contabilidad interna y externa.
* Organización y mantenimiento de registros contables.
* Manejo simultáneo de las necesidades contables de múltiples clientes.
* Apoyo en otras funciones relacionadas con el área de contabilidad.
Requisitos
* Experiencia previa en *bookkeeping y contabilidad externa*.
* Dominio del *ciclo completo de contabilidad*.
* Experiencia realizando reconciliaciones y cuadres bancarios.
* Experiencia con entradas de jornal.
* Dominio de *QuickBooks y Sage 50*.
* Buen manejo de *Microsoft Excel y Word*.
* Capacidad para trabajar de manera organizada y disciplinada con múltiples clientes y fechas límite.
* Buen dominio del *español e inglés*, tanto escrito como verbal.
* Excelentes destrezas de comunicación, organización y atención al detalle.
