En DSPR TEAM estamos buscando un/a videógrafo/a creativo/a, con hambre de crecer y pasión real por la producción de contenido.
No buscamos solamente a alguien que "grabe videos".
Queremos una persona que entienda cómo crear contenido que conecte, emocione y genere resultados reales para marcas.
Trabajarás directamente en producciones para restaurantes, marcas, eventos, negocios y campañas comerciales en Puerto Rico y Florida, formando parte de uno de los equipos creativos más activos de la industria.
*LO QUE HARÁS*
* Operar cámaras profesionales Sony FX3, FX30, A7RV y equipos similares.
* Grabar contenido comercial y social media diariamente.
* Manejar correctamente iluminación, composición y movimiento de cámara.
* Capturar audio limpio y profesional utilizando micrófonos inalámbricos y shotgun.
* Crear ideas, conceptos, guiones y storyboards para reels y comerciales.
* Dirigir talentos y asistir durante producciones.
* Participar en shoots de alto volumen en restaurantes, talleres, eventos y negocios.
* Tomar fotografías comerciales cuando sea necesario.
* Coordinar props, logística y preparación previa de producciones.
* Viajar frecuentemente a Florida para grabaciones con clientes de la agencia.
*LO QUE BUSCAMOS*
* Persona creativa y con buen criterio visual.
* Capacidad para contar historias mediante video.
* Buen ojo para composición, iluminación y estética.
* Capacidad para grabar contenido dinámico y rápido sin perder calidad.
* Buena comunicación con clientes y talentos durante grabaciones.
* Entendimiento de contenido orientado a redes sociales.
* Responsable, puntual y con buena actitud de trabajo en equipo.
* Capacidad para resolver problemas rápidamente durante producciones.
*REQUISITOS*
* Experiencia utilizando cámaras Sony profesionales (FX3, FX30, A7RV o similares).
* Conocimiento básico/intermedio en Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve o CapCut.
* Conocimiento en grabación de audio profesional.
* Licencia de conducir vigente.
* Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a Florida, USA.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar algunos fines de semana cuando haya producciones especiales.
*BENEFICIOS Y COMPENSACIÓN*
* Salario competitivo entre $13–$18 por hora (según experiencia).
* Pago de tiempo y medio en producciones especiales de sábado y domingo.
* Comisión de 10% a 15% por cualquier cliente nuevo que traigas a la agencia.
* Viajes frecuentes a Florida completamente cubiertos:
* Vuelos
* Hospedaje
* Comidas
* Transporte
* Almuerzo incluido durante días de producción.
* Entre 3 a 4 semanas de vacaciones pagadas al año.
* Plan médico disponible luego del período probatorio.
