Credit & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview Framar Distributors Corporation is seeking a bilingual, organized, and technology-oriented professional to join our team as a Credit & Accounts Receivable Specialist . We are looking for a professional with excellent customer service and communication skills who can remain courteous while being firm and confident when handling credit and collection matters. Responsibilities Review customer accounts, outstanding balances, aging reports, and credit status. Assist with credit approval decisions and the release/approval of customer orders. Process and apply incoming payments. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account differences. Maintain accurate and updated customer notes and records. Communicate professionally with customers, sales representatives, accounting staff, and management. Assist with basic accounts receivable and credit reporting. Identify problems and work toward practical and efficient solutions. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish , written and spoken. Courteous, confident, and professional communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook . Comfortable working with accounting software, ERP systems, and other business platforms. Technology-oriented and able to learn new systems quickly. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently, analyze situations, exercise good judgment, and solve problems. Previous experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, accounting, or payment processing.
