Responsabilidades principales
- Manejo completo del proceso de cuentas por cobrar (Accounts Receivable) y cobros B2B
- Seguimiento y gestión de balances vencidos con clientes corporativos
- Preparación y ejecución de conciliaciones bancarias completas
- Reconciliación de cuentas del balance general
- Apoyo y coordinación en auditorías internas y externas como punto de contacto principal
- Manejo de requerimientos de cumplimiento local (SURI, IVU, CFSE, patentes, entre otros)
- Uso de Excel avanzado para reportes, análisis y control de data financiera
- Comunicación efectiva con clientes y departamentos internos
Requisitos
- Estudios universitarios en Contabilidad, Finanzas o área relacionada
- Experiencia previa en cobros B2B y cuentas por cobrar
- Conocimiento en conciliaciones bancarias y reconciliación de cuentas
- Dominio de Excel avanzado
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Experiencia en requerimientos contributivos locales (SURI, IVU, etc.)
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y con sentido de urgencia
- Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente
- Licencia de conducir vigente en Puerto Rico
- Auto propio en buenas condiciones
