Firma de contabilidad en Guaynabo se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Contador Senior con experiencia en el ciclo completo de contabilidad y preparación de Planillas Corporativas y Entidades Conducto para clientes corporativos y comerciales.
Buscamos un profesional responsable, analítico, organizado y orientado al cumplimiento contributivo, capaz de manejar múltiples clientes, así como brindar apoyo al equipo de trabajo. en un entorno dinámico y profesional.
Requisitos:
× Bachillerato en Contabilidad.
× Experiencia previa en práctica contributiva.
× Experiencia en preparación y procesamiento de Planillas Corporativas y de Entidades Conducto
× Conocimiento de SURI, QuickBooks, Sage y Excel.
× Dominio del ciclo completo de contabilidad y reconciliaciones.
× Apoyo en procesos contributivos corporativos.
× Seguimiento y comunicación con clientes.
× Capacidad para manejar múltiples clientes y fechas límites.
× Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
× Bilingüe (preferido).

Responsabilidades:
× Comunicación directa con clientes
× Mantener al día la contabilidad de las cuentas asignadas, incluyendo reconciliaciones
× Realizar pagos mensuales, trimestrales o anuales requeridos para cumplimiento contributivo
× Preparación y pago de nominas
× Preparación de planillas de ivu, planillas trimestrales de nómina, así como planillas corporativas anuales incluyendo CRIM, VOB e informes anuales
× Preparación de estados financieros básicos
× Apoyo a CPAs en tareas asignadas
