Techos Pa' Mi Gente relies on construction volunteer brigades whose effectiveness depend on a well-supported service experience. The Volunteer Experience and Hospitality VISTA project will build organizational capacity by developing a Volunteer Hospitality Program including structured meal service systems, volunteer accommodation protocols, and a volunteer experience measurement framework to ensure that volunteers are equipped to serve at their highest capacity. Working alongside the Volunteer Manager, the VISTA member will design, implement, and document all to recruit, retain, and sustain a strong volunteer base, enabling TPMG to build more homes and break the cycle of poverty for more low-income families throughout the project period.
